Dear Mark and all the J-Cat team, it is not often that I find time to write letters, but felt I must write to thank you for the fabulous service you have given us over the years. Sadly our lovely Jag has been sold and replaced with a 4 x 4, so we won't need to see you again, but your patience in explaining problems with the car and your 'non-blokey' approach has always pleased me. I was never too scared to bring it in as a woman, as I knew you would not 'rip me off'. Good luck to you all - you have a great reputation in the Jag world and thoroughly deserve it!

The prompt, friendly and professional response of this garage was first class.

I had booked my E-Type in for a serious misfire on Monday morning. When I dropped it off they offered to have quick look while I waited. Within 20 minutes they had replaced a split hose and I was on my way. Excellent service; many thanks.

Due to being based in Ipswich, J-cat squeezed me in for an oil change and MOT, allowing me to drop car off and pickup out of normal hours. I am pleased to say my 10 year old x-type passed without any issues at all, all down to the care and skill of taking her to J-cat for years, it's never missed a beat. I was booked to go on holiday on 30th April 2012 and when I tried to start the car there was a bang and a cloud of smoke. I only live one mile from J-Cat and so I took a slow ride to J-Cat. On my arrival they checked the car and gave it a small but slow test drive. But there was bad news and there was a problem that needed sorting out and they would not be able to get the new parts for 2 days. They must have seen the shocked look on my face and within five minutes, they had sent me off on holiday with one of their vehicles. I was a very happy bunny then as to have cancelled would have been very expensive. While I was away I received a call to say my Jag was ready and the expensive problem was not what was expected. Silly silly me, I had filled the car with diesel the night before and with the thoughts only of going away, did not check the petrol tank nozzle. An expensive mistake on my part but the garage took a great deal of the strain away. I am an old age pensioner who has always been a driver for my work, but we all make mistakes and I will doubly check now when I fill up. I would like to thank the garage owners and mechanics for all their prompt help and I will certainly be using them again.
