I just wanted to express my satisfaction with the recent work done (track rod end) to my XK8. The replacement has improved steering, and is noticeable when the nearside wheel hits a bump in the road. I think you can assume you have a new customer, as I will be back!

As usual, I booked my X-type to J-cat for an oil change and MOT. Sadly it failed the MOT due to corroded front brake pipes. Not that bad considering they were the originals and the car is a 2001! Mark called me and informed me, and the next day they replaced the brake pipes with copper ones, at a very decent price and it passed the MOT without issue. I would not take my jag anywhere else. Fantastic service at excellent prices. I have gone to J-cat since I first purchased my X-type almost 7 years ago and have nothing to say but compliments. Thanks.

Before we even owned a Jaguar, this garage spent a considerable amount of time giving us advice on an RAC Inspection Report we had had on a Jaguar we were thinking of buying. We followed their advice and did not purchase! We also followed their advice by looking on Autotrader website which resulted in our purchasing a Jaguar in July. Great knowledge and service. We shall definitely always use them for as long as we own a Jaguar. 10/1012

Kevin and Mark were excellent, repairing a fault which arose during a 300 mile trip from Blackpool to Norwich, at very short notice. Old fashioned customer service is rare nowadays, here it lives!
