Jaguar main dealer were unable to help because of staff holidays. We were on holiday when my car developed the problem. The staff at this garage found the fault straight away and had me back on the road within 1.5 hours. Great staff and attitude and I could not thank them enough.

I booked my X-Type 2.5 Sport into J-Cat for replacement of the rear control arm and trailing arm bushes and they also advised me of the worn rear brake pads and the corroding breather hose. They also had to replace the coolant hoses that had recently blown. They were very helpful, very friendly and very knowledgeable. Their service was excellent and the price was a fraction of that of a main dealer. The X-Type now drives brilliantly. I wouldn't take my Jag anywhere else. Highly recommended.
