Have used garage more than once. Excellent service and value for money. As a woman I feel I am not being ripped off which happen with lots of garages.

JCF are always helpful and pleasant to deal with. I always find them more thorough than the main dealer (Ford now and Volvo previously)and this visit was proof of that again as the Ford dealership failed to find the problem when they had the car in and JCF identified it when they serviced my car this week.With a previous fault the the local Ford service centre insisted I would have to go to a Ford service centre much further away for fault diagnosis. JCF fitted me in that day to see if they could find the problem and sorted it in a few hours via their plug in diagnostic testing and charged me a whole lot less!
I was grateful with JCF, when another garage told me that replacing a particular part would cost me so much, JCF then identified that only part of it needed replacing there fore saving me money. 30,07,08
I can't recommend this garage enough. Very friendly and instantly spotted causes of problems other garages couldn't fix. Their prices are also very competitive.

I have used the services of JCF for over 10 years and have always been extremely satisfied with the quality of workmanship and the high level of customer service provided.
The staff in this garage are always chatty, they always contact if they find any pricey work that needs doing so you have a choice as to whether it is an appropriate time to do it and would go out of their way to help you if you have a crisis.I would recommend this garage to anyone and everyone.
