Broken wing mirror on relatively obscure. JCR took great trouble to locate a spare. And fitted it free, excellent service. Saved money by not doing expensive extra work. Incredible work Well done !

The delay was due to the disgusting service from another garage. JCF did all they could to chase them and they constantly refused to return JCF's calls. As a token of my feelings for the other garage I sold my S Max the day I picked it up and bought a VW.

Johnathan and his staff display the ultimate in professionalism. They bend over backwards to sort out any issue we may have (we have 2 cars serviced by them), and at very short notice at all, if its an emergency. I can't recommend them highly enough.
