Have used this garage for years and always found them very good and honest.
Excellent service.
As always, superb service and full explanation of work and repairs needed. No nasty surprises with end costs.
I've used J & J for a number of years and have always been very happy with their work.
A very pleasant company to deal with.
A consistently good service every time. Always helpful and good at explaining why work needs doing.
J & J Motor Engineers was my first positive experience as a woman with a car garage in 13 years! The staff were friendly and efficient, I would highly recommend this garage to all my friends and family.
Quite, the most excellent garage I have ever encountered. A complete pleasure to deal with them, will not hesitate to recommend them this is ten star garage.
Helpful, excellent service. Outstanding.
Always friendly and always nice people.
I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thorough and professional service.
Never seen a workshop so tidy and organised! One week later, the problem seems to have been cured.
I am still taken aback by the level of kindness and professionalism shown by John and Mark. They took my car at no notice (after the work was undertaken poorly by another local garage) made time for me earlier than expected, and came to a price which very reasonable. Having got completely stuck at work they also offered to pop it in a spot close to home so I could collect it myself. Phenomenal service - I have finally found my local trusted garage!
The customer service John and Mark provide is exemplary. I've used them a few times and most recently took my girlfriends car there after it was incorrectly serviced elsewhere, causing a number of problems. She was very well looked after, updated in a timely fashion and not patronised for not being technically knowledgeable, in fact quite the opposite. They went out of their way to help us out with collecting the car as well - can't recommend them highly enough.
Brilliant. Very friendly, convenient and helpful.
Always very good and would recommend to anyone.
Highly recommended.
Always keen to give total customer satisfaction.
