Fantastic service once again. A friendly, straightforward and efficient service.
You feel as if you are their only client with the care and attention to detail, communication in clear and understandable terms, extremely helpful in giving you the least stressful experience possible. Reasonable prices as-well.
I have been using this garage for 15 years, at two different addresses and will continue to use it.
Friendly, trustworthy, reliable service.
Ideally, I would have preferred a more detailed quote on the phone regarding works that needed to be done because though they were all quite small bits and bobs, it added up to quite a lot.
Excellent as always.
I have been using J & J Motors for ten years, no complaints, very helpful. I would recommend J & J Motors without hesitation.

Always polite and efficient. A pleasant experience.
An unusually satisfactory, indeed excellent customer experience in a sector not renowned for it.
Very impressed with J and J Motors, who I have used for two years now.
