Great personal service. They explained everything that they had fitted very well, so that anyone could understand.
Cheerful and helpful.
They were very helpful as always!
Really great local garage with friendly, reasonable service.
Fabulous place. Friendly and proficient staff. Very good experience.
As a woman I found them very helpful.
Brilliant service - very helpful.
It is sadly so rare these days in London that one feels that one is able to trust a garage. I appreciated the service and honesty from John, and J & J Motor Engineers.
Despite the fact that I generally use J & J once a year (for a service and MOT), I am treated as a V.I.P.! I would, and do recommend J & J to my friends in the area.
I have nothing but praise for the level of service I receive at this garage. I have recommended it to others on many occasions.
They are very consistent over the years and always obliging.
This was the first time I had been to J&J Engineers and I feel very satisfied.
From the moment I rang with a 'bodywork' query, they were so helpful and that is why I came to them for our next service. They pointed us in the right direction for bodywork to be done, also good.
I have used J & J Motor Engineers for a very long time and have always found John and his staff very reliable, helpful and friendly.
Friendly good mechanics.
Always excellent, have recommended to a number of others.
Honest, caring attitude, helpful and available.
I have used this garage for ten years and would have no hesitation in recommending their all round customer service and expertise.
Have been using J & J for years. Would not go anywhere else, trust them completely.
