Ivan Stubberfield Autos Ltd

First time visit, the service and repair was conducted very swiftly and to a 1st class standard. Everything was explained and I was even shown the worn parts when leaving. Hugely impressed - thank you!

Very helpful and trustworthy garage . Explained what had been done and how to manage recommendations re issues to monitor . Realistic and felt they were concerned about managing the car and helping the customer.

Fantastic customer service, really knowledgeable, considerate care of our cars.

Car broke down Monday morning, got recovery out, called around and Ivan Stubberfield Autos said get it there and they would get to it as quick as they could but might be end of the week, just over 24 hours later had a call to say it’s all done and ready for collection Fantastic service and quick

Stubberfields are excellent, reliable, cost effective and honest garage. Been using for 15 years, brilliant!

Garage offered fantastic service for an elderly lady. Although this was not standard procedure, the garage picked my car up and returned it when work completed. Excellent standard of work. I would highly recommend.

Booked car in for a Minor Service & MOT. Agreed for 3 worn parts to be replaced. Did not expect to be charged 3 separate labour charges at more than £100 an hour but just 1 labour charge for the 3 parts. This has never happened to me before (over 50 years).

Excellent service as always.

Very good service. Staff helpful, satisfactory service on car.

Excellent service as always!
