I would like to highly recommend this garage for their excellent customer service and quality workmanship. They have been particularly helpful with my disabled father, bringing his vehicle to him when he is unable to collect it. Their standard of work is excellent - so much so that we have bought our cars from them for a number of years. They are a family run company and their customer service is second to none. I take my car up to Spennymoor from my home in Wakefield for service and MOT as I find them very reliable.

Excellent service at Masters of Durham Ltd. The car was ready and waiting for us at the appointed time. The service manager was most courteous and helpful and willing to answer and explain and questions we had. Nothing was a trouble to them and we would certainly recommend them and have no hesitation in going again.

Only point that spoilt a good job was the oil was left on the door interior and boot mark with oil on the drivers door area.
