Cleanliness of car on return was excellent.
The staff were most polite and they take their work most seriously. You will be kept informed of all work and you will not get your car back until the garage is happy with it.
I always feel I am treated with respect at Homans. As a woman who knows very little about cars, I have found this garages is not patronising.
Went with a leaking absorber. They had to ring round a few places but they managed to got a pair and had them fitted in a couple of hours. Had my car serviced there last year and will use again.
Very friendly staff. My husband and I have both used this garage for the last 16 years. On Friday I was going to a meeting and found I had a flat tyre. Someone came round within 10 minutes and changed it for me in the pouring rain - no charge.
Professional service with a very good, clean, courtesy car.
Took car into garage at 8.15 am. All bays were busy but they fitted in a bearing change and had me on the road again by 1pm.
