Hicks MOT & Service Centre (Reading)

Don't take your car here if you care about it. Mine managed to get the rear bumper scraped during the 90 minutes it was on site.

I have a BMW 3 series Tourer, and have always taken my car from where I purchased it, at the main BMW garage in Reading. As my wife has her car serviced at Hicks, I decided to give them a try. I was very impressed with their knowledge of a BMW. Car going so well after the service.

We have been using this garage for more than 12 years and return to Hicks every time because they are outstanding. The service is always excellent and pricing is fair. All of the staff are very friendly, especially Kelly, and the manager Arron is an absolute star! I recommend them to everyone

My car was losing fuel rapidly so I drove it to Hicks. Although v. busy they called later the same day as they'd found time to investigate & fix the problem. Have regular service and MOT with this garage. Found them to be helpful, efficient and reasonable in price. Alaway alerts me to potential issues which I find helpful and can take remedial action before the next service/MOT. Also the garage is local to where I live another plus point.
