Staff were amazing. Fitted me in when my regular garage could not for over a month. Hicks checked out issue within 2 days. Staff so helpful and pleasant as well as knowledgeable. Kept me informed during the course of the investigation and kept me up-to-date with prices. Went beyond the call of duty.

Communication was great and liked the bill walk through at the end so it was really clear how the final amount had been reached. First time using this garage but it won’t be the last! Very impressed.

The Hicks garage in Woodley is the best garage I have ever used. The staff on reception Kelly & Mark are most polite, helpful and efficient. I have no complaints about the workmanship of the mechanics. They have kept my old car going for me which is my lifeline. Thanks to all of them.

I regularly use Hicks to carry out the MOT's on all of my vehicles and have always found them to be extremely helpful and accommodating when I need something slightly out of the ordinary - good old-fashioned customer service.

First time using Hicks and I will definitely be back. Staff were friendly and polite; the communications I had leading up the appointment were spot on and whilst the car was in for work I was kept informed of progress and consulted on costs for replacement parts after diagnosis. Would recommend!
