New tyres. We used this garage for the first time a couple of months ago to do small repair on the engine and we were satisfied with the work done. We needed new tyres so used this garage again - many thanks for speedy work and good value for money.

I took my car in, without an appointment, due to problems with steering and they fixed it straight away. I also used this garage to service my partner's car and repair a bulging tyre.

I have had three very bad experiences of MOT work in the Reading area. All these people promise low cost quick service and don't deliver. At last I have found a true garage that really gives 100% in all areas of attitude, quality, price and real customer service. I phoned Hicks at 9am today and was given a time for testing. By 1.30pm the car was passed with some minor bulb and windscreen wiper replacements. By 3pm today I received a phone call to approve the work to be carried out. This is a 47,000 mile KA, not a new car by far and no rip off statements saying a major rebuild is needed. Trust is the name of the game in the car business and I feel in good hands with this garage. Many thanks for all of your efforts today and restoring my faith in the car industry and its servicing standards.

I gave Steve a call regarding the light switch of my Audi Q7. He asked me to drop the car for him to take a look. He knew immediately what the problem was and ordered the part from main dealer within two hours. I got a call to pick up the car. The price charged was very reasonable.
