I called up and got an appointment the next morning. My car was making a hideous noise but Hicks sorted it all out, replacing brake pads and fixing a few other minor problems they found. Brilliant garage, friendly staff and great service!

Car had a emergency clutch failure. The garage accepted it immediately and without question on 23/12/15 despite being about to close for Christmas, and without a booking or prior phone call. They repaired it much faster than we expected and we cannot fault their customer service. They couldn't have been more helpful. We would fully recommend them to others.
