I was told by another garage my brakes and discs needed changing. Hicks, Woodly checked this and said they did not need changing. I am very grateful there honesty and will book my car in for the next service which is in September.
Easy to book, MOT is carried out in a set time slot so you’re not waiting all day, the staff in reception are super helpful and friendly.
Took my car to HICKs for its MOT. First time using them since recently moving to the area and it’s been the best experience I’ve ever had with a garage! Easy booking system, good availability, speedy service on the day (less than an hour after drop off it was done) and staff were extremely friendly.

The lady I dealt with was both really pleasant and welcoming. Work was carried out quickly and the cost was slightly less than first quoted. I never feel like I’m being ripped off at Hicks.
