Have used this garage for MOTs and services. Garage feels very professional, helpful and friendly staff, they don't push work on you and great contact and at reasonable cost.

This is only the second time I have used Hicks, so it’s early days but I have been very impressed with their friendliness, I needed a small quick fix on my daughters car, the under tray had come loose, this they were able to fix very quickly and for no charge, I am now a customer for this reason.

Secondly, Kelly and Sarah in the office are so fun and friendly, and can explain what everything means in layman’s terms. Lastly, thank you to the mechanic who set my clock- it’s been wrong for years!

Great positive experience at Hicks Woodley this afternoon. The 2 female members of staff on reception were extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything very clearly and I certainly will be returning to this garage in the future for any work I need done on my car.
