Work undertaken was MOT and service. There was an issue with headlight settings which initially caused car to fail MOT. It would have been good to notify me of this prior to my sifting through paperwork to find out about the issue. Only a minor point but little things do matter !

I've used this garage on a number of occasions but on my last visit, the symptoms I presented for my car were mis-diagnosed and I had to pay £570 for a repair which ultimately has not fixed the problem. The quality of fault finding is lacking and it has been a very unsatisfactory experience

I had a standard service, MOT, & 4 tyres replaced on my car today at Hicks MOT & Service in Woodley. This is my 3rd time using Hicks and their service and quality of work is 1st class again, the prices are fair and that's good because you get what you pay. Back next year.

Great service. Offered to stay open for an extra 10 minutes so I could collect my car.
