Used Hicks for Years - have watched the garage grow in size, but the core values remain, friendly knowledgeable, and quick to respond to all queries and quote requests. No job seems to big or small. You can trust these guys implicitly - if they say it needs doing - do it! Don't hesitate to book!

I Attended Hicks today for an interim service and couldn't recommend them enough. I dealt with the service manager Arron who was very friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help where he could. I was very impressed with the new customer waiting area and a great coffee machine for while you are waiting

The staff are always very pleasant, and make a real effort to explain the advisories after the MOT. The online booking system is a useful addition

Phoned Monday 29th July with fault. Booked for Friday 2nd, but said could recover car to garage earlier, so took car there the same day. Early Tuesday 30th they phoned with fault diagnosis and quote to fix. We accepted the quote the same day. Part was ordered and fitted by early Thursday 1st August.

Repair carried out promptly by friendly and helpful staff.
