When my vehicle was ready for collection, I was picked up from my home and taken to the garage to collect my car. This I thought was outstanding. The director had actually listened to me and addresses my concerns about collecting the car when it was dark, as this is something I avoid doing. Also it helped a lot as otherwise I would have had to have got a taxi to go to the garage for the car.
Even though I gave 3 star for the updates ( I had to check if the car was ready) the follow up service for an enquiry I had was excellent.
The customer service received from this garage is, in my opinion, second to none. I feel that they car about their customers and that there is genuine honesty and fairness around the work undertaken.
