The garage may not look much, but don't judge it 'by the cover'. Everyone (Owner, Mechanic, Receptionists) that I've come into contact with was friendly a very helpful. Having previously used the Toyota main dealer, with a little trepidation, I decided to give this Toyota specialist a go, now that my car is a little older, and I am so glad I did. These guy's & gals know their Toyota's. I was impressed by the genuine Toyota parts being used by this non-franchised outfit. I shall take my Toyota back there next year for the annual service & MOT knowing that it is in good hands. However, there was one thing that detracted ever so slightly, that was a slight oily smell in the car that I only noticed when I got out at home; there are no signs of any spillage in the cabin so I assume it is just 'in the air' and will disperse soon.
I like this garage. They do a good job, with minimum fuss.
