The alternator failed on our Rav4 when we were visiting Portsmouth. They replaced it very quickly because we were stuck without it. They kept us informed and returned it to our hotel. Excellent service and a pleasure to deal with.

Very good service - had headlamps cleaned last Jan and they’ve fogged up again. Shouldn’t be fogging in less than a year really, the only bad thing I have to say and it’s not really bad…

This is a small business with good customer relationship. Main dealer was closed at this time. Excellent service and much cheaper. Can speak to the fitters unlike main dealer where the receptionist is the front line.
