Thankyou Hardys garage for your help, great communication and excellent recovery driver Martin. He lifted our mood with his sunny disposition and demonstrated outstanding driving ability negotiating a large recovery vehicle down a long narrow lane.
Very pleased with Hardys Garage, I was on holiday and DPF and warning lights came on, Hardys did an oil and filter change and DPF clean, and now my car is running fine. Great communications by text when the car was ready to be collected. Will recommend to all my friends in N Wales.
I had a broken down car and the RAC couldn't get to me so got Hardys to come. Martin introduced himself and was so thoughtful, kind and helpful. I was very stressed and he was so patient and attentive and even offered to get me a hot drink with his own money. Such good a good guy! Thank you

The driver was very courteous and called with a eta to which he met. Explained process and made us feel safe and recovered the vehicle to exact point requested. Process was quick, efficient and paperless. Great work from Phil the driver.
Breakdown recovery through RAC, Phil was allocated to us from Hardys He was professional friendly & made a stressful nightmare easy to cope with. We enjoyed his company whilst he took us home with our poorly T5 on the wagon and towing our trailer with a WW11 Jeep. Thank you so much 😊
Excellent service. Our motorhome went into limp mode and our insurance company called Hardys. They recovered our motorhome back to East Anglia. Safe and expert loading onto the recovery truck by Mark who’s made what was a stressful situation better for us with his calm approach and support.
On holiday, the battery on my husband's car went flat. Called the RAC who contacted Hardy's. The technician came within an hour, he was very friendly and rapidly got the car going so we could go home. Useful to know there is a good garage in Pwllheli.
