This is the first time I have given my S320 CDI Mercedes to Hammerton for servicing. Previously I have given it to main agent in Harrogate from where I had purchased the vehicle. Never before has the car came back feeling so good to drive. It feels like new. Brilliant.

A little expensive.
Shame there wasn't time for a wash/valet - they can do it twice next time!
Very pleased that faults I was unaware of were identified and remedy explained. Also I was able to examine the blocked filters, very unlikely to have been the ease at the BMW Service Centre.

Service arranged with hammerton rather than my regular bmw garage becuse they helped me out by doing the last mot at short notice when my regular garage could not. no complaints and better value for money.
