They give helpful advice about any problem that may occur. Do not talk down to women drivers like some garages. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

Very pleased with the quality of the work and my car is back to normal again. This quality is reflected in the good order I saw tools and stock parts kept in around the garage, also the organised way in which work was carried out - most unlike some of the other places I've been forced to use in the past. A great find and I'll be using their services again.

I find it hard to trust garages, but I had a great experience with Green Lane Garage. I used them to check my wheel alignment and it occurred to them that my steering wheel was also out as well as the wheels. I had previously been to the dealer to get it checked and I knew I was right in that something wasn't right. It goes to show that there are garages out there that actually enjoy their line of work and don't make things up, like other garages to make money! I booked my interim service with Green Lane Garage because after my experience with the wheel alignment, I felt I could trust them with my annual service, which was also a lot cheaper than the main dealer and they've done a better job! Would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Excellent service; they called to say what the problem was and to verify that I wanted the work done. I requested getting the car back by a given time which was a push but they managed to get it done on time. Car is running much better than previously. Overall as good an experience as you can expect from a garage.
