May I say that Mark and John are always utterly polite, helpful and reliable. Completely trustworthy. It is very much appreciated and we would certainly recommend them.
Very helpful; couldn't recommend them more highly. Excellent service.
Always exceptionally helpful and efficient.
We would not hesitate in recommending this family run garage. They always give good reliable service and we have complete trust in their expertise, whether for servicing or repairs or even just advice on car maintenance.
I always receive a consistent high level of politeness and helpfulness. We are very pleased with John and Mark, and the other staff at Grantham.
My husband always used this garage and now nothing is too much trouble looking after my little car. I take it approximately every six weeks and they check my tyres. Really appreciated.
I have used this garage foe several years and purchased this car from them as well as my previous one. Never been disappointed with any aspect of service.
Excellent, efficient service as always.
Have used them for 10 years - more thorough than main agents and a lot cheaper.
It was a very friendly, helpful and professional service.
Excellent service as usual. Honest assessment of problems.
I have used this family garage for 30 plus years. As it is only 1.5 miles from my home, if I am ever in trouble they will always come and deal with it. Three of my neighbours also use them.
They're friendly and obliging.
Very polite and professional service. Many thanks. Thank you also very much for collection and drop off of vehicle, much appreciated.
A very helpful, friendly and efficient service.
I appreciate the personal attention given to this long-standing customer.
As always both Mark and John maintain the highest level of customer service on all fronts. Anyone who use, or decide to use, will be afforded the same level of service, of that I am sure.
Very helpful indeed. This company is a great comfort to elderly people.
