My car's exhaust snapped in two on 02/02/16. I phoned the garage and was told to bring it straight in. Karen tried to find a replacement in the local area but could not. She managed to find one in another part of the country which was sent overnight and fitted the next day. Excellent service.

Took my X3 in for an MOT. The lads found a broken coil spring and the rear brakes needed renewing. Karen provided the best possible price to repair my car. Karen had one of the lads take me back home. She then picked me up and took me to the garage. Great service, great price. Highly recommended.

Fabulous garage. Friendly, reliable and 100% trustworthy. I have been using Globe Garage for two years and I'll never go anywhere else. I have total confidence in the staff. The customer service in particular is first class. Karen keeps you advised every step of the way; she really goes the extra mile.
If the Globe was a hotel, it would be 5 stars. Never have I felt so important as a customer. The bigger chain stores/garages could learn a lesson from this professional friendly service, as always first class.

Superb helpful service - they did exactly what was required quickly and efficiently. Also reported and then repaired other problems. No hesitation in recommending to others.
While they are in temporary premises due to a fire and so 4 or 5 miles from me they gave me a lift home when I dropped my car off then picked me up to collect it, so that on top of a good job at a reasonable price equals top marks from me.
