Can't ever fault the quality of GCS, they never do unnecessary work, carry out any repair work very quickly and have excellent customer service. As a young woman I never feel patronised and they never carry out unnecessary work. Very highly recommended.

I brought my pride and joy, a 1998 BMW, to Genuine Car Services as I had heard that they were very good and I didn't really rate the original BMW service as it was a little snooty and costly. So decided to go indie and see what happened. Genuine provide a truly excellent service and have very honest and friendly staff. I brought a layman's list of service issues that I felt the car needed and I was not frowned upon in any way, despite my lack of technical knowledge. They are always very courteous and always call to keep you informed of progress or if there are any further issues to be dealt with. Their prices were very reasonable and fair for the work and parts required (quality BMW parts too). They even recommended what was not necessary so I did not pay over the top for parts of further service. I for one very much appreciated the quality of the staff and service at Genuine. Certainly the very best in bath and local area. In fact I brought my car all the way from Stroud to them.

Brilliant garage. I'm glad to have finally found a garage I can trust who always deliver a good service with good communication and fair prices. Cleaning the inside and outside of the car for free is also good. A service they even provided when I had a very small and low cost repair carried out.
