Genuine Car Services Ltd

Always get excellent service. When an unexpected problem occurred with the car, they took it in straightaway, identified the problem and dealt with it.

This is my 'go to' garage. I used the local main dealer once that recommended £900 of work that was not necessary. Always helpful, try to fit in urgent work if they can. I trust them 100% and they are reasonable in charging. What's not to like!?!

Helped us out at very short notice when we were stranded with a fuel problem. Recommended a local tow truck driver who picked us up with no fuss. Checked out the problem promptly, ran computer diagnostics and the bill was very reasonable: much cheaper than main dealer.

Excellent service as usual. Always contacted first before any work undertaken. Will use again. Many thanks.

They do everything they say they will do.

Good service. Polite front of house.

Great service as usual.

Nothing is too much attitude. Friendly and helpful.

Always very good service and friendly people.

Really excellent service. Very professional and honest.

Fantastic service as always.

Honest, reliable and friendly service from all involved.

They have always done a good job at a reasonable price and I've never felt they have done unnecessary work. They are as their name suggests - the "genuine" article!

Brilliant helpful staff as always, car returned sparkling - service over and above what I expected. Staff should be congratulated for such positive attitude.

Always great service and tell you exactly how it is.

Always fantastic service and honest advice. Have recommended to lots of people.

They even delivered the car to my house because I had become ill.

Always receive excellent service. Above all they're honest. If there's nothing wrong they'll say so, not make something up to make money.

Friendly, helpful staff and great service. I would recommend them 100%.

Extremely more than helpful at all times.
