I walked into Gem Tech when a engine management warning light came on in my car. Jeremy did a diagnostic check on it the same day even though he was busy, diagnosed the fault, ordered a new part, next morning rang to say all done and ready to pick car up. All under 24 hrs.

JDB was very helpful and knowledgeable when investigating my Audi's strange brake servo malfunction and efficiently identified the root cause. Great communication throughout and able to source the part quickly to rectify. Always used a main dealer in the past but will be Gemtech from now on!

Brilliant service! Photo evidence of broken parts and showed them to me on collection. Quick and efficient repair. Had software to correct all faults and re-set electrics. Very knowledgeable.
