Gemtech

This garage has a lot of experience and knowledge of the cars.

Brilliant service - can't fault it.

I will use this garage, rather than main dealer, in future as service and price more competitive.

They are very accommodative and fast in service.

Have used garage for over twelve years now and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

First used Gemtech as they are local and convenient. Attitude is excellent and I feel I can trust what I am told and have every confidence in them.

Jeremy completed the scheduled work (cambelt change) and also worked hard to complete other repairs that were required once he'd inspected the car.

Work delayed due to incorrect "parts" by supplier - which meant waiting for a correct delivery.

Have used this garage for the past 15 years and always had good service.

Excellent service as always.

Courteous, professional, reliable service.

Have been using the garage for several years. Think very highly of it.

An MOT revealed broken parts that needed urgent replacement. Again this garage proved itself to be foremost in customer support. The parts were immediately on order and replaced the same day. No fuss, no delay, no inconvenience. Just efficient, speedy and reliable service at a fair price, putting the customers need first. Excellent reliability yet again.

On this occasion there was need for emergency work as a problem arose with the clutch and the car was needed for work. Nothing was too much trouble for this garage. I received immediate attention, the problem was identified , the parts were sourced and the repair was effected. How reassuring to have old fashioned service - we thought it was no longer available.

Very pleased with service. Extremely helpful.

Always friendly and knowledgeable service.

When I was new to the area and missing what had been my local garage until then, I was treated very well and helped immediately by this garage. The standard of care has remained constant and I would have no hesitation in recommending Gemtech.

Very experienced with excellent attention to detail. Thoroughly recommended!

Recently moved here. Travel a lot, impressed with the presentation so gave it at try. Wow I am amazed at the high standard and efficiency, courtesy, professional standard, work quality, price and the total experience. This is the best service agent I have experienced and I have used many. Customers should be queuing up the road for this.

Honest- great service- totally trust this garage with my cars.
