Went to Gannon's originally for a small suspension job which was carried out much to my satisfaction and appropriately decided to service and change the brakes on my C Class with James. Was kindly kept informed throughout with the progress of the work and any additional cost. Level of work was superb and my car now drives smooth as silk and stops like a train! Great level of service and expertise from Gannon's Merc & Prestige and I highly recommend them.
I booked my car in for a routine service and Gannon's advised me of a major fault which was covered under the Mercedes warranty. The work was not done properly by the Mercedes Main Dealer, and Gannon's made sure this was remedied. Unbelievably good service and excellent communication with me throughout.
