The staff were very helpful, which was relief as I was quite distressed about having a hazardous gas leak - it was dealt with swiftly. Thank you all at G&N Autoco ltd.
Everything was excellent - from the friendliness of the staff, to the excellence of the work.
Having lost my usual garage, it was good to find one that I was referred to by a friend - probably the best way to find a garage, not knowing anything about mechanical matters.
I called in sometime in the past for a replacement bulb and they did not charge me anything, just said I should remember them when my service is due. My car and my husband's car are now both being serviced here - a little goes a long way.

Despite not being pre-booked (sudden breakdown), the car was repaired quickly and efficiently, and I was kept informed of the progress of the work. As my car was also due for a service and MOT I asked for this work to be carried out at the same time which it was. The service was friendly and helpful throughout and I intend returning for my next service and MOT (and any breakdowns!). I contacted the local main dealer garage first but they were not as friendly or helpful and indeed could not carry out the work for various reasons.

Helpful advice, fair price and no pressure to 'fix other things'. Left the garage feeling highly happy to recommend to friends and would certainly consider using them again. The overall impression was that they were a solid, no-nonsense small garage who keep their clients with good, no nonsense, honest work.
