Best garage in my life. Been there since 2004 and the only surprises I ever had were pleasant ones. Honesty, good hard work, courtesy. The standard is better than I could expect if I ran my own garage.
As usual, Gary provides an excellent service. He is very thorough and his work is of an exceptional standard.
Always excellent service. Really helpful and trustworthy.
Gary was incredibly helpful and professional. He explained very clearly what work was required and the reasons why. He is a very reliable, trustworthy and honest experienced mechanic.
First class.
Superb service - once again.
Brilliant service!!
A refreshing change to get such personal and excellent service, top marks!
Absolutely brilliant - best mechanic ever.
Great customer service by a great mechanic and a nice man !
Mr G Underwood is very reliable and trustworthy.
Excellent, trustworthy and reliable service every time.
I would be lost without him.
We have been using this garage for nearly three years now and fell upon it by the Good Garage Scheme. Gary is brilliant, if only there were more mechanics in the world like him. He is so honest it is unreal! His prices are extremely reasonable and nothing is too much trouble for him. Since we have found him, we have sent the family there and work colleagues too, as they too have found him brilliant. If something needs repairing, he will do his utmost to repair without you having to pay ridiculous prices for the part from a dealer.
Gary Underwood projects confidence and honesty.
I'd never met Gary before, but found him to be honest and reliable.
Gary goes out of his way to let you know if there is any added work needed before he would do it, does not overcharge and goes that extra mile to give customer satisfaction.
I will always go to Gary, having looked for a garage that I can trust for many years now, at last I have found him.
The best garage I have ever found! I know the job will be done properly and at an honest price. I can only recommend it very highly.
