I was advised of all items which needed attention and asked permission to carry out the work, so no surprises with the bill when I picked up the vehicle.

As always a great service experience. Always good service, professional and courteous. I have been coming to 5 Lamps for 15 years and recommended many friends. First class.
Saw my car at short notice. Diagnosed the problem while I waited. Fixed what could be fixed on the spot and explained what would take longer. Weren't going to charge me a penny for looking at the car. A world away from dealer garages who want to charge a fortune for just looking at the car.
Always reliable and trustworthy. Have been using this garage for many years. The lifts to and from work whilst car in garage is a definite plus.
Excellent service by a very friendly and knowledgeable team. Would recommend to friends with no hesitation. Going back for MOT when it's due, definitely.
