First time customer today for full service and MOT.I am very impressed. I was given helpful information when I rang up to book and greeted in a friendly and welcoming manner. Steve has been excellent and kept me informed by telephoning me as promised and even waited for me, as I was late leaving the hospital where I work, so I could collect my car today. I was given a detailed description of work carried out with my receipt and some advice before leaving. Excellent approach to customers, very thorough and genuine.
