I had problems with my clutch, they told me that it might take them two days to complete because they where very busy, but by 5.30 on the first day I had a phone call to say all was completed and delivered the car back to me. The bill was cheaper than the estimate. Well done to everyone working there, it's no wonder that they are always busy with their professorial attitude. Please keep up the good work.

I had to have a fair chunk of work done to get my old Golf VR6 through its MOT. Both sills needed replacing and I also needed 2 new front tyres, my aftermarket bumper needed repairing and I also needed a catalytic converter fitted as the car wouldn't pass the emissions tests despite the best efforts of Ensign to try some quick fixes which didn't do the trick. What I liked the most was the constant communication. Previous garages I have been to can leave you hanging, sometimes for days whilst you wonder what is happening to your precious motor. Not Ensign. They called me everyday to give me progress updates and didn't proceed with any extra work until they had contacted me 1st. I am taking the car back to them next week to get the last thing sorted, my passenger side leak. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family & friends.
