Percy is a diamond Geezer. He was Very helpful with advice & very friendly. Made me feel valued at the end of a long wait by the AA. Need more people like Percy in the work place.
Came twice, didn't wait to see if car would start. Said battery charging and alternator ok. As soon as engine stopped, would not restart. Second time, didn't wait to se if it would start, just drove away. Had to around £350 RAC and £56 to ENS to ultimately find out battery is shot!

Car went in with one issue and left with two more which happened in their care. I had to pay for one, which I believe they caused (they claim it was complete coincidence) and they deny any responsibility towards the other. Now left with underpowered car and have to go elsewhere for expensive repair. Avoid!
