Derek Merson , The Metropole Garage

This is very good local garage. I rely on the mechanic because, as a woman in my own, I know nothing about cars! I trust him completely.

Very satisfied with service cost as only covered 2,000 miles. MOT required.

Very pleased with the quality of service all round.

I bought the car from Derek Merson Garage and have always without fail found them helpful, efficient and most trustworthy. The staff area all excellent and I will continue to use them.

Warm welcoming and friendly. Very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Fab garage to go to and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Hayley the receptionist was particularly helpful.

Very good all round service.

First rate customer service. As a visitor to the area, I was made to feel part of the community! So pleased to have found Hayley and Derek Merson Garage.

I and my family have bought all our vehicles and had them MOT, serviced and repaired at Derek Merson's garage over the last 40 years. They have always provided excellent, honest and professional service. Nothing is too much trouble and they go the extra mile to help you out.

Always helpful, pleasant and reliable. Do not find jobs that don't need doing. Very trustworthy.

Quite satisfied with service provided.

Always had excellent service from this company.
