Derek Merson , The Metropole Garage

I have been using this garage for several years and am entirely satisfied with the level of service I have received. I would recommend them to anybody. The staff are always extremely pleasant and helpful.

Shouted at by manager who was very rude at me on phone.

I was very pleased with the overall standard.

Best local garage I have found.

Repair carried out by Mersons at £100 cheaper than main dealer. And only one mile away from my home.

Extremely helpful and polite, and pleasure to do business with.

Have used this garage for over 40 years and have always been completely satisfied with helpfulness and politeness when both buying or having repairs done.

Masons carried out first service on Hyundai car using Hyundai kit. Saved me a long journey. A ok.

Very pleasant and helpful staff.

Bought a 57 plated Vauxhall Zafira with less than 35,000 miles. Great car, great deal and a great price. Not just this but their service was gold star all the way and very helpful, even when the finance company I was using caused a number of problems over the week. They still held on to the car while everything was sorted out, even with no deposit paid to them and they had other interested parties wanting the car. Many thanks to you all there...

First class service from all the staff.

I've used this garage for the last 20 odd years - without any problems.

The car developed a fault on holiday. Derek phoned me when the problem was diagnosed. when the needed part had arrived and gave an estimated time of completion.

Really helpful staff.

I bought my car from this garage in 2006. Fantastic service - nothing is too much trouble and they're always polite, courteous and helpful. I have recommended them to others too. Excellent. Thank you Paul and co.

Excellent service.

Had 2 cars from here and had MOT-services carried out. Excellent customer relation on any concerns and good advice given.

Really helpful garage, we were on holiday from Teeside and had a problem with our car, used this garage as it was on the i phone app. Top lads even sorted us a loan car out at short notice, well done , many thanks.

Always helpful, friendly service and advice. We are fortunate to have such a garage in the area.

I always make the effort to drive the 40 miles to Minehead, as the service is excellent, value for money, reasonable and I never feel we are being cheated.
