Excellent service, wonderful, helpful people. Pleasure dealing with them.

Good service and helpful staff. Would prefer to know exact price of a service rather than vague estimate though.

Prompt and efficient.

I have always had good, friendly service from Merson's and so has my son.

As always, great service from this trusted garage. We recommend to our friends always.

Staff are efficient, friendly and informative. The work was carried out to the highest standard, completed on time and was very good value for money. A loan car was made available. We have been buying cars and having them serviced at this garage for many years and have never had a reason to complain.

Good contact with and from staff.
