Service very thoroughly expedited. All requested jobs and service items competently completed. However, there was evidence that some jobs were hastily carried out. Blobs of grease left in numerous places in the engine bay and on the front wings. Part of the dashboard was covered in greasy fingermarks; easily cleaned up with white spirit however! A little more attention to these items would have resulted in a satisfaction rating of five marks in all categories.

I had been told by another garage that I probably needed a new cam belt, had an oil leak from the gearbox and a leaking n/s rear brake cylinder. I took my Ford Focus (reg Dec 2003 with 56000 miles) to D G Autos for another opinion and was delighted to discover that a new cam belt was not necessary, the gearbox was fine but I needed a new drive shaft seal and that the rear brake cylinder wasn't leaking it just needed adjustment. I believe D G Autos saved me at least £500 and probably more. The car was taken in, work done, and the bill was only £100 which also included 2 new windscreen wipers. An absolute pleasure to do business with D G Autos in all ways and I shall be telling everyone I know to use them.
