Staff very friendly. I enjoyed the chat/banter after. Also, after forgetting to collect car in time, before closure. It wasn't a problem for the car to be kept overnight. Appreciated and reassuring.

My car was the last vehicle serviced before their Christmas break. Supposed to have checked and adjusted rear shoes, messed it up so the car cannot be driven! (OSR has bound on) Supposed to be driving 200 miles to see family tomorrow and the garage is now shut until 5th Jan! Merry Christmas.

Andy (mechanic) was very helpful and made me understand what was wrong with my car by not using lots of technical jargon. He explained well and my car was ready on time as well, with no hidden charges. Very pleased with helpful attitude. Would recommend to others and definitely use this garage again.
