They were able to fit me, to deal with an MOT failure, in at very short notice. The car was fixed, and re-tested, on the same day. They took the time and effort to make the repair, without replacing expensive parts.
The only problem I have is that if you're told the car will be back by e.g. late morning I find it annoying that when it gets to late afternoon (and you're still waiting), you have to ring the garage to find out what's happening!
I have been coming to this garage for many years and have complete faith and trust in Dave and Andy. They do the job that needs to be done to a very high standard. The atmosphere is welcoming and they care about their clients.
