Booked an MOT for 11am this morning only to be told when I turned up with the car .. “not today mate Blokes gone home “ Dreadful no call , no customer service and no care … it left me in a big hole with my car and still trying to get an MOT … wouldnt recommend
The labour costs £140 per hour!! Is that normal? I expect it to be around £70 - £90 per hour. Very good service but expensive labour.
I was extremely impressed with the level of care shown by the staff at this centre. They were polite, friendly and incredibly professional. They went above and beyond to help me fix my car and pass her MOT. Brilliant people!!! Not going anywhere else!
I was delighted with the immediate response and helpfulness of the garage when my car broke down.
I was charged £753.53 (electrical problems) + £250 to replace bushes, total £1003.53. A day later the ignition lights started to flash, steering became stiff and car broke down and had to be towed to the garage. I'm now being told the problem is the alternator which will cost £400+. Joke!
