Crago Auto Repairs Ltd (Dartford)

Excellent service.

Cheerful atmosphere and honest opinion.

I am very impressed with the attitude and helpfulness of the staff. They are willing to spend time explaining and ensuring that I understand the problem. I will most definitely use these guys again. Thanks.

Very quick diagnosis! They had my BMW fit again in no time, will definitely use again and would not hesitate to recommend to everyone, thanks.

Really pleased to have found these guys - honest, reliable and my car feels and drives like new again - very reasonable too!

I needed my BMW serviced and MOT'd, which was done promptly and exactly according to the estimate made a week in advance. I was very pleased with the estimates, feedback and quality of service, especially their customer care. I have already started to recommend them to my friends.

I know I only had my Mini Cooper MOT'd with you today, but I just could not wait to comment on the first class service you provided. Not only did you collect and deliver my car and give it a good wash and valeted it inside, you have stopped the creaking noise in the back that had been a pain every time I drove it! My car passed it's MOT without any work needing doing, except for one tyre replacement. You were honest and reliable! I also liked the way you used my first name, which added a friendly touch, it made me feel valued as a customer. I will definitely use you again! Thank you so much.

Fantastic customer service and good value for money.

Very pleased with your service, not only provided good service but even washed my car. Would definitely recommend to others. Thanks
