What a fantastic garage. I visited Crago's when I bought a BMW from a dealer and wanted to get it checked. Crago's were so helpful. They found a major problem with the car and advised me how to deal with the garage to get my money back as the car was unroadworthy. Great personal service.

Brilliant! First time I have used this garage. I am used to dealing with main dealers as previously I had Mercedes and this was a very pleasant change . The repairs and service were completed at the cost quoted and in the time quoted, what more can you ask for! They checked my car over and gave me a couple of advisory notes for things to keep an eye on, but no pressure to get unneeded work done. Great service by friendly and, more importantly, knowledgeable people. Thanks.

Travelled to Kent from Liverpool and I broke down on the Queen Elizabeth Bridge on a Friday! The boys identified the fault, sourced the required part, juggled their work load and had us back on the road later that day. Without their help, we would have been in a real pickle! Can't recommend them highly enough.

I've used Crago for my 5 series in the past and more recently my 7 series and have to say just how good their service is. In particular my customer service experience from both Ben and Richie is far better than that I've received at the local BMW main dealer. This is the only garage that I will now take my car to. I never feel ripped off (unlike the main dealer) and always feel treated with honesty and respect. There isn't another BMW specialist in Kent that gets near. I can't recommend them enough.

Took the car in for an M.O.T. today based off of the reviews on this site and was very impressed with the service I got. Rear coil had gone so both got replaced in time for my return after work. I mentioned that the alarm was playing up and they looked at that for me as well and it hasn't gone off since. What with a lift to the station and a car wash as well, I'll definitely be going back for my main service when it is due.

Good value, and trouble-shooting advice.

I would like to thank the guys at Crago Auto Repairs, especially Ben, although the job was a minor repair, finding the fault has not been easy. Ben took his time and explained what he was doing and why (for me that gave me a peace of mind). I would definitely recommend the garage to anyone who has issues with their BMW. You can be assured that they will get to the bottom of it, what ever the issue maybe. The guys are great and knowledgable, and I will definitely use them again. Many thanks once again.

They have always provided such good service and fixed the car to such a high standard, why would I want to use the main dealer. Much cheaper than the main dealer also. Top garage.

Give credit where credit is due, it does not look like much from the website, but these guys in this small garage offer a great service. I was told to bring the car in 'and we will try to have a look'. A couple of hours later it was all done, same day, no fuss and cheaper than main dealer for the exact same job. I won't be taking my car anywhere else from now on.
