All the staff are nice and communicate well; they always did great work and fixed the problem. They offer you a refreshing drink/coffee. And mainly the garage is reliable and deserves their credit.

I have been using cragos for years now the service is top notch the staff are always friendly and helpful and they go the extra mile to help nothing is to much trouble one of the reasons I keep buying bmw's is I know I've got a decent garage to look after them.
