One of the issues being a woman is to have a mechanic and colleagues who will explain the work without being patronising, and I feel totally comfortable in having 'under the bonnet' discussions at this garage. Another great feature is that they send me a reminder letter to book the car in for service and MOT. In addition, nothing is too much trouble, they drop me off at home after I've left the car with them, and I never worry about the safety of the car when I know it's been serviced, and I used to have this concern at a previous garage. I would wholeheartedly recommend them - long may they continue.
