The garage took in a car belonging to a very disabled older lady. The car was in a very bad way. They worked hard on it and got it through the MOT.

Rang up on spec as had been informed by police that all brake lights not working, despite MOT 2 months ago. Visiting Cambridge from Manchester to return Tuesday. Steve and Shane were excellent, pulled out all the stops to get car fixed, only took 1/2 hour from arrival (explained situation to parts supplier for speed). Excellent work.

Not only did he pick up my car and return it the next day, he sorted out my Bluetooth phone problem at no extra charge! 5 star service at reasonable prices from Stephen.

The work was started and finished between the time parameters we had agreed. There was no waiting around. The job which had already been priced by the dealership was done for far less than the price quoted by them. Considering that the car is only 2 years old, I was astonished to hear that exhaust systems (and brakes and clutch as well, which begs the question what exactly IS insured). I was very happy with the dealings with Cottenham Tyre and Auto. I would certainly use again, absolutely no question.
